That's when I accepted that I was really no longer trying to be an athlete when my beer consumption shifted from craft to cheap domestics.

I won't drink domestics while I am anywhere that has taps, but after having a multi tap kegerator at my house for years, drinking crafts out of the bottles or cans is lackluster. So I just go for volume with domestics at home.

I often avoid taps at restaurants because they can be poorly maintained. Dirty taps and flat beer suck. Cans are dependable. I have absolutely (but very politely) asked to trade a beer for something in a can.

Generally brew pubs stay well on top of this as they take alot of pride in what they pour. Average pubs on the corner or restaurant taps almost always make me feel like crap when I have had something poured.

When "performance" fat bikes started coming out, there was a company selling tubeless rim strips for fat bikes..

I found a Paul tensioner in my parts bin and converted my titanium hardtail into a single speed. It’s lighter now.

Bye bye old Transition TransAm single speed it served me well. Will make a college commuter bike for my daughter.

Work van was broken into, trying to recoup the 10k I spent replacing my tools. I’ll have something new eventually, though!

I have a 26" wheeled TransAM and have got some plans for it. I've seen a company that will fit a 1 1/8 straight steering tube to a more modern fork. So I was thinking about going mullet, 27.5 fits in the frame so need to sort out a 29er fork.

O+

Highly recommend. The black can is a nice bonus, aesthetically. Plus the brewing company is owned by a high school buddy of mine.
