I just picked four cans of Moonlight Brewery “Death and Taxes”. It’s a very good stout, but I will admit I buy it for the name.

Not a California beer obv, but if you like stout I recommend checking out Sun River Brewing's "Cocoa Cow" chocolate milk stout. It's my go-to for a dark beer these days. Literally tastes like alcoholic chocolate milk. Sounds weird, but it works.

I’ve had at least one saddle from 25% of that list above I used to adapt to the saddle, now I’m older I get the very best fit , so many variables are comfortable, but I’m an SDG fan , can’t see that changing

I think Specialized is the best for road but I'm open to being wrong. I think Tioga is the worst and I'll fight about it.

If you see a bike without a new Specialized saddle on it around here it is weird. Almost every bike road mtn or gravel has a Power saddle or something similar from Specialized.

Specialized saddles are sick. Also like my ergon saddle, have gotten along with various wtb saddles over the years. Not a fan of fizik or selle italia.

I run a Phenom Expert Mimic on my Stumpjumper and an S-Works Romin Evo on my Crux. Both awesome saddles.
