I don't understand why more mountain bikers don't ride BMX. It seems like a great way to gain skills when the trails are closed.
The amount of times this has been posted in this thread alone would now your mind.
Let's hear about your car
It is a black coupe. I have owned it for 7 years now. Daily driver for a while then autocross car. Now about to be pulled apart for a major suspension rebuild. About to be pushed into SMF class.
Have PCI trailing arm bearings, Hardrace bushings, Hardrace upper front control arms, Hardrace lower rear control arms, DC2 Type R swaybar, ASR subframe brace, Hardrace extended wheel studs, Blox adjustable toe kit, Hardrace rear camber kit and Goodridge S/S brakelines. As well as new aluminum radiator and fan.
Currently has Koni STR shocks and Neuspeed sport springs, HP Hawk Plus pads, cold air intake, header, custom exhaust, ZC SOHC VTEC (basically a JDM D16Z6). Been working on making it lighter per SMF class. Removed radio, speakers, windshield wiper system, rear seat and belts, sun visors, and broken A/C system. It is currently at just under 2300lbs. Aiming for 2000lbs. Mods for next year are better coilovers, more lightening (replace sunroof with custom carbon piece, remove wiring for sunroof and stereo, manual lock and window doors, airbag less steering wheel, carbon hood, carbon mirrors, dump the hood latch system for pins), relocate battery to trunk, flare fenders for much wider wheels and tires. Then after that turbo and aero.
Well actually it's all pretty old. Everything is from 2017 and the clips are scraps that won't make the cut for our DVD. Nonetheless, I am hyped to have these memories documented. BMX is the best.
