After hours of riding I get knee pain from motion. I only know how to describe it as like bone on bone grinding. Every rotation it's like a painful discomfort.

Hia so i lied, it was my knee pads. They were pulling on my knee caps when they slipped down. Make sure you have the right knee pads lol

I had a vety bad wipe out on Ice. My leg is bruised and my right knee is f*cked up. My Nokian Gazzaloddi studded lose grip and I tried to stop myself. The bike I own is very big up to 12 inches in front and 9 inches rear.. I was on my local ski hill when the Accident took place
