there is no way to know for sure just by looking at it if it will fail soon or not. show the pics to your local spesh dealer or email spesh warranty dept. direct, see what they say. no matter what we say its those people who will be able to help you out anyways.

Forgive me for asking but I see quite a few big dents. How did that happen? It looks very serious. Transport? As others say ask for crash replacement but it won't kill you to ride it for now.

I was riding long travel on a steep techy area, dropped an 8 footer landed slid sideways right into a tree i flew off then it smash up on a rock garden.... also snapped my xo lever clean off Frown

Drop into a rock garden came down on the down tube and the top tube I think folded in..... I got a frame replacement btw...
