Looking at the Hope chart you need a "B" type mount

you would need a 220mm rotor and Hope mount HBSM20H. should work on a 8 " post mount would need to be offered up to check clearance against fork leg.

Its a Post mount to INT STD adaptor. The Mono Mini M4 Calliper No: 3 was 180mm.

Hope did not move to 203mm rotors till 2007 onwards however a 203mm rotor would most like run in it but would close to the inside of the calliper.

Could always fit the new m4 calliper i have done it at work and it works fine, but is £95 on its own.

[Quote="cobba"]I think that he'd need about a 240mm rotor if the No3 adapter was used with a 180mm IS caliper on 8" post mounts.

You are right it was late here and i forgot to take into account the 8" post mount when replying

I know this is a old post but updated is always helpful.
These stats are wrong going by the adaptor you posted in the picture (red one) KCNC Disc Brake Adapter Post Fork - IS Caliper.
STATS
160-160mm Disc Calliper Adapter - no increase in rotor size - to mount a 160mm IS calliper on a post mount fork with a 160mm disc.

Will also fit a 180mm IS calliper to a post mount fork with a 180mm disc, or a 200mm IS calliper to a post mount fork with a 200mm disc. You do not have to go up a disc size

160-180mm Disc Calliper Adapter - 20mm increase in rotor size - will fit a 160mm IS Calliper to a post fork to run a 180mm rotor - includes black spacers and washers.

160-203mm Disc Calliper Adapter - 43mm increase in rotor size - will fit a 160mm IS Calliper to a post fork to run a 203mm rotor - includes black spacers and washers.

States there's no change in the rotor size when using 160-160 adaptor, you added size in some cases to the final rotor size when you should have deducted the overall size if the Caliper was below 200mm

160-180 adds 20mm
160-200 adds 40mm

8" PM fork + 160mm adapter + 160mm IS caliper = 200mm rotor 160mm rotor
8" PM fork + 160mm adapter + 180mm IS caliper = 220mm rotor 180mm rotor
8" PM fork + 160mm adapter + 200mm IS caliper = 240mm rotor 200mm rotor

8" PM fork + 180mm adapter + 160mm IS caliper = 220mm rotor 180mm rotor
8" PM fork + 180mm adapter + 180mm IS caliper = 240mm rotor 180mm rotor
8" PM fork + 180mm adapter + 200mm IS caliper = 260mm rotor 220mm rotor

8" PM fork + 200mm adapter + 160mm IS caliper = 240mm rotor 200mm rotor
8" PM fork + 200mm adapter + 180mm IS caliper = 260mm rotor 220mm rotor
8" PM fork + 200mm adapter + 200mm IS caliper = 280mm rotor 240mm rotor

Some questions bout adaptors.
It's PM180 on chainstay of frame. I use 180 mm rotor.

What "4-bolt" adaptor (links, please) do I need to install rotor through the adaptor?
