Split handlebars? Why?

Temporary clamps while he plays with bar geo/material. Bars will be glued into stem when they’re how he wants, apparently, according to his Instagram post.

Glued handlebars. Not something I would want to ride. No way.

What’s the worst that could happen? lol

robot/atherton bikes are glued.
pole bikes are glued.
the actofive p-train is glued.
half of every car interior is glued (yes, especially the expensive ones. in fact, the smell of a new car is the smell of industrial adhesives).

even ships, aeroplanes and all kinds of machines are glued.

why? because you can bolt it or rivet it or whatever, but if you want it to hold, glue it. we're not living in the seventies any more and industrial adhesive bonding has come a long way. sorry if this doesn't match your opinion.

Wait till he finds out that airplane wings are glued on, and that all carbon fiber is is glue holding together a bunch of pieces of string.

Glue is the future. I'm using Copydex instead of sealant. It's awesome, if you burp a tyre it just gets grippier.

But steel rhymes with real and glue rhymes with pooh, so it's never gonna be truly accepted by all. Metal is also an aggro genre of music and what bullets are (mainly) made of, so it's gonna be tough to brand glue as anywhere near as cool.

Glue (carbon) lovers will say:

Glue may rhyme with pooh, ew!, but that ain’t true ya fool - that goo smells like new, sticks even a horseshoe, and makes me shout on my carbon rig WOO-HOO!

Steel and metal lovers will say:

Steel is real though others say what’s the big deal? It’s pure heavy metal, hardcore porn; never melts or peels, to my soul, a sweet glockenspiel!

Whip lol Razz

Happy Thanksgiving to those in the U.S.!
