Is there a step by step guide to rebuilding a 5th element shock?

Not long rebuilt mine and it's still a little weird, there's clearly a 'better' sequence to getting all the air out than I've so far employed, but it's escaping me...

As far as I know the 5th Element coil shock (hope that's the one you mean on your Peeler) is based on a patent by Curnutt made in the late 90's early 00's, Curnutt then sold the use of the design to 5TH Element and Manitou.

Manitou used this design for their Swinger 6 way which is why when rebuilding a 6 way or 5TH element you can use internals from both. With that in mind I would look for a guide to rebuild a Swinger 6 way for reference if you have no joy with finding a 5TH Element manual.
