What do you think is the best 10'' Travel bike.We have in this battle a Santa Cruz V10,Foes 2:1 DHS Mono and a Trek Session 10.All three bikes are high end flagship DH race bikes with 10'' travel.

Personally
1.foes dhs
2.santa cruz v10

Racing: Foes > V10 > Trek
Freeride: Trek > V10 > Foes

for 5000-5800$ cant really beat the trek though imo.

i bought a different shock with a longer eye to eye (230mm) and i got 10" out of it.

i LOVE the look of the session 10.
plus with such a low bb height, long swing arm, and less chain growth than the v10 i would have to say its my favorite looking.
favorite feeling would be the v10
but thats based on the facts i havent touched a foes.

my books it goes:
v10
session 10
foes 2;1

oh ok, so because you modded your bike it should be added to the list too? Whip

from what i gather the session 10 isn't really a dh race bike...
pretty sure trek markets it as a freeride rig

foes is the best ,hand built shock custom built for the bike not like the other that both use fox dhx 5 they are a good shock but the foes just give it that littel bit more super wide rear axel its just a nicer bike and better allthought the frame is like £3200 with the duel rated ti spring

Fox doesn't make a i2i shock for a session 10,but a fox will fit the V10 but not the Session 10.As far as i know the curnutt is using a stable platform damping(SPV)and every body knows the reputation off a SPV Shock.

so what is the reputation of an SPV then?

The trek session 10 uses a Manitou REVOX 11' i2i ( i think) and 3.5" Stroke
