Hey guys, just purchased my first road bike last September. Figured I'd share my baby. And contrary to the OP's rules, I have "dork discs", a pump, and lights. Discs because I ride a heavy mix of road and dirt/crushed stone in all weather conditions. Pump because when I'm out racking up the miles, I'd rather be safe then sorry, plus my jersey pockets are filled. And lights, well I like to ride at night and I don't like being hit by cars.

FYI: a "dork disc" is the plastic disc that manufacturers put behind the cassette... it's not a reference to disc brakes - which in my book are cool Nice ride!
Missing the front wheel in the picture but you get the idea.... not really mine but I'm using it for over a year now. Company bike until my own frame arrives.

Your pump is unnecessary, I think. You'd rather carry a cycle bag that can carry water bottle because water is necessary when run.
