I am trying to dial in my SPV Swinger rear shock. How much sag should I allow 25%? More?

What are some opinions out there?

i pressume its on a DH type bike...if so, about 30% is the norm. anywhere betweeen 25 and 35 is used though...depends on rider preference and trail conditions......as a general rule, the more pedally the track is, the harder you run it...
