So i just bought a ns soda frame and it just came in the nail thing looks grewat but i have an issue, the included rock shox maxle does not fit threw when in the long chain stay setting, it fits fine in the short setting. Has anyone had this problem and if so how can i get it resolved?

Force the chainstays together or get someone else to do it whilst turning the maxle until the thread catches

Length isnt the issue, its that the axel wont fit through the hole

Lube it up, and tell it to bite the pillow.

does it go from the left to the right and it doesn't even go through the left or does it just not thread into the opposite side?

No it goes into the left up to where the theads end then it wont got any further, it goes about 3/4th of an inch

Is there paint in the holes in the frame or is it reamed to bare metal?

Perhaps slightly too much paint would be my guess, hard to tell without seeing the frame and knowing just how hard you've tried to push it in

you should put up a picture of it as far as it goes in, and a second picture of it all the way through in the short setting. Then i can just look at it and try to figure it out
