the rebuild is still ongoing... had a severe leak problem with the shivers...oil was leaking out from the footnut.... had to purchase 2 x NOS footnuts from Poland.... appears to have sorted the leak.... just a new chain to fit along with gear cable and a rear brake bleed... and all should be good to rock...

build is now complete...Fitted hope 203mm floating rotors,SRAM Guide RE 4 pot brakes, 9 speed road cassette, FUNN Hooka DH BB and crankset...may purchase a pair of Uberbike fat grips.... :-)

My Youngest lad's first foray into downhill, he was using the Trek Session 10 fitted with 2001 Marzocchi Shiver DC's, this was down at Innerleithen trails on Monday 21st June (summer solstice)... at 33 years of age he is now hooked.... next trip is Fort William WC track on 12th July..
