hi, guy i just bought a new fork r2c2 from
mmc in esquimalt and i was wondering what a good base setting to fine tune from there....
im 170 pounds geared up i ride free ride downhill mainly..
never owned a fork like this before and im affraid to break it...

try this out:

turn compression to full softest then:
add 8 clicks of LSC, 4 clicks of HSC

turn rebound to full fastest then:
turn back 10 clicks to slower on the high speed
turn back 8 clicks to slower on the low speed

everyone has different riding styles and speeds.. you have to goto the trails you ride and test out settings..
