i have a dirt jump bike and the freewheel keeps breaking i have replaced the original after that broke and the new one has just gone after about a month and a half, i just wanted to know if anyone knows why it's happening, like if my chain it too tight or something similar.

no didn't mes with it at all just fitted it and rode, the first time it went (with the original part) i had just put a new chain on and it was very tight but when i replaced the freewheel i slackened it off just to reduce the risk of it going, so i have no idea why it has broken.

If some thing in the back end is not lined up it could be destroying freehubs cos of side loading maybe ?
You got vertical drop outs?

i have horizontal dropouts and the chain tensioners that attach to the axle are even

i just started craning it over while spraying some penetrating lubricant, i did this a couple of times over the course of 2 hours and it seems fine do issue at all, it might have been the teeth seizing
