Had quotes on my LS for 1700$, called to secure them, and now they're 6000-8000$, and most companies won't insure it as its over 20 years old. Anybody have any advice/experiences with this this because I really don't want to sell it. f*ck Ontario we get absolutely f*cked.

Called TD, Bel Air Direct, CAA, Royal Sun Alliance, etc also used Kanetix and it said no way. State Farm is giving me a quote tomorrow. Basically every broker I talked to told me to get Facility insurance which is like 12000$ a year.

As long as the quote is bearable. Bel Air said they won't insure it because its dangerous... If it passes a safety, how is it dangerous? We get royally f*cked here I can't believe it. Basically going to have to sell it, and get a 97 or newer, or a civic.

I've been good with anything other than RHD. all for under 4000. sc400, 240sx, gs400, the usual japanese interesting shit. Thats with intact

That^^ most late 90's jap stuff is cheap for insurance, as. 17 year old with my g2 a d a clean record I could get full coverage on a 96 240sx for less than 3500$
