I dont get how to get xbox live, it alwas tells me that there is something disconected. Its like the ethernet cable or something. How do you do it.

If you go on microsoft's website they should have a step by step troubleshooting guide for problems like this.... And in case you didnt already know you do need an ethernet cable in the back of the xbox and running to an internet jack
