I'm not sure what that really means, but it's like as if if slips off something inside the hub. Although I took my wheel off earlier to fix puncture and the wheel is slightly off center and it'as doing it much less.

Sounds like your hub is skipping you might need new springs or a new hub, what hub do you have?

I'm not sure it's is a salt hub, the bike is WTP Justice 2010.

I have no idea what to do, The hub is sealed if that makes a difference. Is there anything I can do to fix this? because I won't know how to install the springs.

Re grease everything! i would also use Park tool chain lube!
