Never heard of a mountain oyster, thought it'd be some sort of cool freshwater shellfish until Google enlightened me:
Rocky Mountain oysters, also known as prairie oysters in Canada, is a dish made of bull, pig or sheep testicles. The organs are often deep-fried after being peeled, coated in flour, pepper and salt, and sometimes pounded flat.

Reading the bits in bold made my eyes water Frown

I dropped off the new darkside at the LBS to have a few things done to it including cutting the seat post (I dont own a metal saw) and i was thinking I may have told them to cut the seat tube instead, I cant remember. Imagine them hacking up a brand new frame heh. I hope they get the idea. The guy didnt sound weirded out so I assume he got what I was saying.
