Doesn't look bad at all! I'm not 100% sure about the intended use- puzzled by the combination of tires, pedals, bars and singlespeed. But it looks cool!

So let's address everything.
Tires, big comfy 2.4 relatively fast rolling good for backpacking and getting in miles.
Still have my set of more aggressive tires to swap out if needed. But these Conties roll really well, and were cheap.
Pedals, just regular DRM V12s they're good, they're flat, I can use a lot of different shoes with them, usually 5-10s but for longer trips, I use Asics Flytgel's since they are just super comfy. And single speed is becaus my derr pooped itself and the cassette started crapping out and decided to give SS a try.
The thing is, I can ride most of the stuff w/o any problems. Abd really steep stuff I just push through or push up. And SS makes it a bit more fun, forces you to learn to keep more momentum.
Oh y ah, also the bars soke up vibrations better, and position you better which keeps the weight off your lower back, which started to become a massive problem for me, alongside hand cramps.
