Need some help with commencal meta Am build

Hi guys
I've just ordered a commencal frame only with no shock. I need to know what size shock I need and weather I need any extra mounting equipment or if the frame will come with it. I also have some xtr cranks off and intense tracer 2 and I'm not sure on there size, They were an external bb and the meta is an internal bb, dose any one know what the measurements are or if they will fit on the meta frame.
