Literally unscrew the 2 bolts underneath evenly/slowly/carefully while the fork is upside down or inverted in stand. Then slide off lowers and the oil will be in the stanchions then drain in a bucket. Replace open bath with oil called by manufacturer (usually special fork fluid) then on spring side put something like pure (no extended mile, etc) Mobil 10w-30 Synthetic with the right amount of CC's. Now, I haven't looked up the actual specs called for the oil part, but if it's like most forks that should be fine.

Get a Rockshox Totem and you will definitely be satisfied. I've ran one for the past 3 years and it is super smooth and low maintanence.
