Bansaiman - you are suggesting Hyperformance? I will reach out for a quote, not a bad idea and probably way less hassle than ordering parts (many of which probably aren't necessary) and then sending out for service

Paul - apparently Suspensionwerx is no longer an option, said they wouldn't touch it.

Italy is dsc and neuzealand is bos Zealand. Those are the 2 I wanted to suggest. But you can ask all the three. Will not hurt and open up more options

this may have already come up. but i just found that a fox 36 float 7.5cc token fits in my bos deville air cap. so just a little more support in that mid stroke.

Better give more LSC.
If fork start getting too hard, make less PSI.
BOS Deville has LOT of progression, but You have to set it right.

I was quite a fan of my deville, untill i had to deal with the infamous bos custumer "support". There was a long, straght scratch on the left stanchion, which went below the seal. First, i've sent photos about the issue. Then i waited like 10 working days for the reply. The have offered to inspect the fork, and handle it as a warranty claim(it was within the 1year warrant, and has been ridden for 6months). The fork has been sent, another week or two have passed. I've got a reply:
"Concerning the mark on the left stanchion it must be caused by dirt that made the scratch. I'm sorry, but we can't take the repair as warranty." Repair costs: 378eur.
They didn't even open the fork. The free "inspection" was a quick look. I was literaly begging for them to take it apart, and check the bushings, as this dirt excuse was nonsense.
There were several mails, as they wanted me to pay for the service in advance, so they could open the fork. After two harsher messages from me, the fork was suddenly taken apart. The reply from bos:
"We opened your fork. After inspection, a part (bushing) appears to be damaged and we cannot know if this was done during assembly or during use of the fork. In this exceptional case, and after the opinion of the technician and my manager, we will take the stanchion as a guarantee."

Damaged bushing. On a 6months old component. And they are so kind that in this EXCEPTIONAL case, they spare some time to repair it. At this point i looked for the best deal for a lyrik rc2 and pulled the trigger. I will never ever buy anything from this company. Full of bs, and utter crap cs.
