And then see his listing has two different bikes posted as the same (different fork) - super sketchy.

Face to face for cash is "super sketchy"? Sounds like the safest way to do a transaction to me. What am I missing? And can't you communicate without using an abbreviation for the word "f*ck," trash-mouth?

Same story still going on!

I got ripped off from a guy selling a frame from a small town in Alberta.. He knew all the details about the frame and seemed legit. I can't believe I got scammed after using the buy/sell for decades..

In the process to get money back but not looking likely..

Be careful out there!

I bought this bike from user Angusaa on Sunday the 4th, paid via paypal through my wife's paypal account. He asked for proof that it was me, sent him some screen shots to prove it was me that paid him. He then says it will take 3 days to ship, all good. I start to ask him for a photo of it being boxed up, some kind of progress pics, and he refused. I then created a new account to inquire if the bike was still for sale, he replies back yes it is. At that point I called him out saying that I already paid him under my wife's account, he then replies back, please dont report me to Paypal. I have started a claim with paypal and am posting this here for other's awareness.

What other course of action do I have if he doesnt send me my money back??

Sounds like the same scam that got me, Disoute with paypal and your credit card. I would go ahead and freeze your credit now as this is all to get personal info. from you to steal identity and open credit in your name.
