Possibly updated Devinci Dixon, or new bike altogether?

Watching the live stream of the Air Downhill tonight i noticed that Nick Beer was running a Devinci with a horizontal shock placement. My guess would be updated Dixon possible? Does anyone have more info on what it is? Here is the Screen shot of it:
