6' and 205. Realistically can get to 195 without much effort, but goal weight is 185. Was 220 last year, and said... time to get in shape.

And now I am at 160. I guess the stress diet works!

Damn... 165# now.

I slipped... now 170 pounds again, but im hitting up a gym as of last week. They have stations like a cross-fit setup, but less weight intensity.

Fluctuating up to 5 lbs is normal. Water weight and how much food/poop you have in your body.

I'm 6'2" and hover between 240-250 this year and down from around 280 at my peak. Been struggling with injuries this year with a ruptured disc in neck in the spring that required surgery and now a broken leg and arm with another surgery. Oh well i'm trying to eat healthy and exercise what i can for now. The good news is i should recover mostly 100% and my last wreck didn't f up my neck.
