This is not supposed to be possible according to Hope. Interestingly the standard hope 160mm IS mount doesn't work with the V2 caliper, the one in the image is (I think) a Clarks adaptor, the adaptors connecting bar sits lower (further from away from the bottom of the caliper piston) so not fouling the calliper.

The brake disk is definitely a Clarks wavey rotor. As you can see the 160mm rotor brake surface is tall enough for the V2's taller than standard brake pads. So if you want to run 160 rotor with a V2 here you are, this is how.

Oh and it works great, even though it isn't run in (you can see how much taller the V2 pad is than standard brakes) it still easily locks up if you need that and has nice braking feel.
