Good luck dk
will need a whole replacement rebound needle, which im sure are unique to the NCR damper ( no other marzocchi part is compatible) and years out of production now.
Best of luck!! Try buying a whole fork that had the stanchions worn out

curiosity, is possible to put a fox damper on the 350 NCR? replacing the dbc

No not easily.
Different diameter top caps and threads.
You can fit in any damper from any year Marz 55 though, if you can find one of those (rc3, tst micro. Etc...)

End up sending the fork to mark marzocchi to service it and he is struggling to put the foot nut (the nut before the rebound nut) on cartridge, is there any “trick” to tighten it?

You mean #84 ?
Pump up air spring.
When tightening rebound nut 84 - push it hard. When tightening it at the end - do it with jerky movements.

Yes #84
When you put the nut the dbc thread doesnt rotate when you are trying to tighten it up?
I think thats mark issue, because he already replaced my bottom part of the dbc cartridge.

It (not just the #84, but the whole rode with #84 at the bottom) MAY rotate for sure, but - you can fight with that (as I wrote before).
