I've heard great things about Shimano's Zee and Saint line. I am currently running XTs on my Demo 8 and I have had no trouble with them. Chainreaction is having a awesome sale on Shimano stuff right now.

I would never get juicy brakes I have some juicy 5s, they over heat so fast. My friend had some juicy carbons, they were even worse.
