Hopefully this is the right place to post this. I’m hoping to get a trek ticket s but there are so few Fox 36 forks around in 26” from 2015 onwards. Would a 27.5 fox 36 lowered to about 100mm work well? I know the rake is different as well.

Not on a ticket s, but the x fusion vengeance on my dj is 26 specific with the same a2c as most 27.5 forks and 46 mm offset... it feels great. 10mm lower or higher on the front is not much. 20 would be pushing it.

You can still buy 36 831's...

Yes but they are crazy expensive over here and almost non existant second hand where as the 27.5 forks are easy to get hold of.
