Oil-less Coil Fork/Shock?

Basically I huck to flat and ride street with suspension way too much and blow basically any suspension I've ever been on. Is there a way to set up a fork so that it will never blow? I don't care if it feels like crap, I'm sure I've ridden worse... springy or whatever
