Edit: it seems to work fine in the browser so that's my workaround for now.

Best to contact support. Will need your phone model, android os version, Trailforks app version installed. A video screen recording would be very helpful. Cause we really don't understand what you and a few others are experiencing.

The latest Trailforks version 6/1 dumbed down gps settings, it’s less accurate.

I’m on a iPhone 14 pro, handlebar mounted. Since I got the phone in Nov-2022 both Trailforks and Wahoo nearly matched, 45+ different rides.

Below table shows Trailforks was within 2% of Wahoo speed sensor + gps, more so it matched known trail mileage markers also.
Now, it’s off 7.4% and 8.6% last 2 rides. Only change was Trailforks app update.

As I’m a paid Pro subscriber, I sent email to TF support in this. They’ve been pretty responsive to me in past fixing stuff.

I record my rides using strava and use the auto import functionality. But since the end of April my rides are stuck in the sync queue. Is there anything i can do?

Hi, I'm chasing completionist badges and found one with an issue.
I rode all the required trails for the "Iron Mountain (Jefferson National Forest) Completionist" badge (https://www.trailforks.com/badges/view/34271/). But the badge is not awarded. Can someone look into it? Thanks,

Yea, if you click on the photos they are there.
But don’t display in the post itself, just a pict icon.

Thanks. There are definitely issues with the badge criteria for the completionist and top ten's. I think they are auto-generated from an algorithm. I submit the problems as I find them and someone usually fixes them. I figure if I report them and someone actually fixes them, maybe I can help the next person that tries to get the badge, it's not the end of the world if they don't get fixed.

I started a thread with our new iOS dev who made the new tracking to see what the new defaults are. But I think we just save points as fast as the OS gives them to us.

Found another way to get this list, just remove "admin" from the url.

But @canadaka, for these POI's and TTFs, when they are edited there is a set of information that can be entered (date built, feature ID etc etc); can that data be viewed on this list somehow?

not sure how those POI links got mixed up, fixing.

admins can export a CSV that contains the date built and dimension data.

My old email address is still listed at the profile. I don't have access to it. I changed it on pinkbike. but old one still shows on Trailforks profile.
If I try to change it, it says it's already in use.

Achievements are not showing for my last three rides July 12 July 13 and July 15. Looking closely at my times there should be several achievements, either personal best, second or third.
