I think I found a fix for that.

BTW you can add/edit your friends right from the list of your Ridelogs, rather than editing the actual ridelog. Hover over the friends field and a red plus button appears.

@dsrttaco Sorry for the delay in responding. Looks like the routing for that region has now updated and the trail is visible.

Updating the routing map runs in the back ground, each area is placed in queue. Depending on the size of the area and the amount of trail this can take a quite a bit of time. Sorry for any issues.

I'm still running into the same issue in that when I go into the route planner that AZT segment disappears from the map and I am unable to add it to the route either by the "routing A to B" option or "selecting trails" option.

Thanks, that has fixed them back up for me.
Loved the pro tip for adding friends as well, will save me some time going forward. Anyway to do similar with adding notes?

Trailforks did not record my whole ride yesterday (it recorded the latter half). It took 2 taps of the start button to get the recording started.

Trailforks did not record one of my rides 3 weeks ago; also at that time, Trailforks had a problem booting up.

Make sure your app is updated to latest verison. There was an update mid-summer that fixed long rides getting cropped.

For problems like this, best to contact us within the app using the Help & Feddback section. Can include logs for debugging.

When reversing an unpublished trail, in the process of confirming it as an admin, the track disappears. But after editing just a single GPS-points, and closing the editor, the track can be reversed without disappearing.

I recently flagged a Riding area in Sweden called Njurunda located under Sweden/Medelpad/Sundsvall.
The bounding box was really odd having its SW corner in Idaho/USA.
Now that riding area is gone, but the City (Sundsvall) still has its SW corner overseas.
And as a result the whole of Sweden has its SW corner in Idaho.
Please, tell me what is happening here.

I'm trying to get a bunch of riding areas in Guatemala categorized under the correct subregion 1 and in some cases city. I go in, edit the info and save the edit. It tells me it is pending confirmation, but it never gets confirmed. Then when I go and review my edit none of the subregion or city info I added is in there. I can try adding it again and again it never seems to save my edits.

I have more trails I want to add, but I would like to get the regions all worked out first as its such a slow process otherwise to have to go and move each trail.

have you tried editing the area and hitting the "recalculate region stats" option at the bottom of the page?

I live in Okinawa, Japan. The capital city is NAHA.

If I try to enter Naha or Okinawa as my location NEARBY it says "No geo location info can be found for this city, try another." It defaults to me being in Taiwan & my imported rides show as Taiwan - its not even the right country.

Due to being on an Island it seems there is no way to pick any location within 500 miles or without needing to take a plane to get there.

I tried to Add the location, but it wont accept any of the cities in Okinawa - it seems only mainland Japan is allowed. (ADD REGION)
There is a box here to enter a new city, but i cant click on it to type. So adding a new city doesnt seem to work.

oh sorry, i managed to add the region now. Not sure why it was tripping out. Ill see if i can progress...

Yes I have recalculate region stats. I does not help. On our local Swedish forum someone recalled this has happened before. Some misplaced polygon fragment or something like that.

I try to zoom in on Idahao but can not see anything suspisious there in the very bounding corner.

Sorry if this is a repost. I made a ride plan for some trails at Park City with a total climb estimate at 2,500ft of vertical. After doing the ride with only minor changes, my ride came in at 1,500ft. I think Trailforks elevation estimate is using the total of ALL the trail segments to calculate climb, instead of just the section of trail in my route.
