Hi Devs,

The ride planner for the Glorieta Camps region (https://www.trailforks.com/region/glorieta-camps-18407/planner/) doesn't seem to be showing trails.

Hi. Having an issue where trailforks Karma is not being credited, donated points to two associations (10 to each) and nothing shows up.

Quick search on the forum seems like there's others having the same issues.

Please forward me the email receipt from PayPal and I'll manually add it to your account. We don't handle the money at all, its a direct donation to the trail association you chose, they have a problem with their PayPal setup.

So myself or you will have to contact them and hopefully get their PayPal settings fixed so future donations go more smoothly.

1. I connected my account with Strava and try to bulk upload my strava routes and they stay on pending Don't upload to my ride

2. Check the automatic upload routes and dont wanna autosync, I revoque the trailforks permissions from strava but trailforks dont wanna disconnect from Strava, it shows this error when press disconnect from strava " Error disconnecting Strava. 401"

I have the same issue. When I try to import from strava it did not show my recent rides. I tried to disconnect and reconnect in hopes this would solve the issue but am now getting the same error 401 when disconnecting strava from my account. Please help!

I'm trying to map a course for a local race using the ride planner and I can't get it to include a certain trail in the desired direction to be ridden. I'm trying to include the trail ridden trail top to bottom and when I try to include it by clicking on the trail, the ride planner maps way around to come up the trail every time. Seems like it's a bug in the system.

I tweaked the trail intersections a bit and re-generated the routing network for the area, seems to work now.

This maybe something that needs a day or two of waiting, but when I go to test the 'Create Route' feature for Glen Mt. Hazelton Region, BC new edits don't show up. The map for 'create ride plan' is jumbled with old names, wrong starts, ect. I've tried using it logged out (I'm an admin) to see if the view is different for other users and it is still wrong.

Otherwise great stuff. It is really exciting to be getting our new trails out there and even neater the feedback we are getting for all the work!

Hello,

I am trying to print a map with the "popularity" layer selected on our local trail network (Kickapoo State Recreation Area). Every time I download the file it just shows the difficulty colors rather than the popularity colors. The heatmap feature seems to work fine when i select that but i cannot seem to get the popularity version to work. I am assuming I am doing something wrong here.

Popularity layer is not an option when creating maps. The available layer options are located on the right side under the layers drop down menu.

I was trying to make a route but couldn't get the trails to connect.. Specifically in Phil's Trail area, Bend Oregon. Ticket to Ride (north) connecting to C.O.D. (upper) at NF 4606 intersection. Thanks.
