There's a broken link in the "Upload GPS File" section when you add a trail:

It points to a URL that doesn't seem to exist:

There appears to be a routing problem with Woodhill Forest in Auckland, New Zealand (https://www.trailforks.com/region/woodhill-mountain-bike-park/). All the trails are showing up, but my routes now display a message that says "Routing Problem: Cannot find routing network for this area"

Here is a very simple two-point route that will display the error.
https://www.trailforks.com/ridelog/planner/view/157020/

When trying to create a new route, none of the trails show up in the ride planner, but they do show up at https://www.trailforks.com/region/woodhill-mountain-bike-park/

This is a recent issue, as I could create new routes early last month.

Hey, I am struggling to view hidden/unpublished trails that have password access within the iOS app. I can't find them by name. When trying to open them by clicking a direct link, after clicking the "Open trail in mobile app" button, I am prompted to enter the password again, and it fails with the message "It looks like your browser does not support app deeplinking or you do not have the Trailforks app installed Frown " - this happens on Safari and Google Chrome.

At the same time I would like to ask if there is a feature, to create hidden trail regions, so I don't have to provide the same password for each hidden trail in the given region?

When using Selecting Trails in the Simi Valley and regions around it I get a Routing Error: Could not find network.

On the Stats page, it looks like the Checkins Per Day graph is off by a month.

For example:
https://www.trailforks.com/trails/dr-park/stats/?date_start=2020-05-01&date_end=2020-12-01

The graph for this year has data out to Oct 21, as of Sept 21.

The Trail Check-Ins Per Month graph shows few rides in Oct and none in Nov, despite the detailed graph having rides in Nov every year.

(Also note inconsistent spellings of checkins vs check-ins all over this page.)

Thanks for the find! Fixed that now. That charting library starts from month 0 for some odd reason!

How long does it take for fixes to get pushed out? The off-by-one-month problem still shows up on those graphs.

After I record and submit a ride log and go to review it, the position on the elevation graph does not match the position on the map. In other words, the elevation graph begins to descend, while the marker on the map is still on the "climb" part of the trail. Both the track on the map and the elevation graph look correct, they just seem to be out of sync.

the password feature is only for the website. Unpublished trails are never synced to the app.

What's happening Trailforks won't let you look at trails that aren't in your area without having PRO!!!

When exporting a ride from Trailforks, recorded on the Trailforks app, the GPX shows timestamps totaling 20 mins, but the site and app show it 55mins. https://www.trailforks.com/ridelog/view/18623842/
