Does the automatic winter map switch feature actually work?
I know of one region, which was set to switch on Nov 17th, but it still defaults to the summer map.
Can you link the region.
Its this one - https://www.trailforks.com/region/jefferson-forest/
I think I set that config a while ago, definitely before the start date.
This one (https://www.trailforks.com/region/york-regional-forest-pefferlaw-tract-43223/) also didn't switch automatically, but I guessed it was because I set the start date to in the past (added the region a few days ago), so I manually flipped it to default to the winter mode. Should it switch, even if the start date was in the past?

Should be fixed now!
Thanks! Was it something I did wrong or just a glitch on those areas?
Having difficulty adding a trail to my Trailforks ride log ... on the map data uploaded from Garmin, it's shown as Warbly but isn't included in the list of trails completed. On a different map in Trailforks, the same trail is named as Warbler Track (Spring Mountain). Clicking on edit and searching for trail names, neither of the names is recognized; none of the suggestions is located in Australia.
(Most of the other trails on my route through Spring Mountain were detected automatically)
We are having the same issue is some of the regions here in the Ontario region. So far requests to explain or resolve have gone unanswered/unresolved..
Let us know if & when it is fixed. Taking my $ for Pro version, one would hope they should at least provide funding for a larger dev team & motivation to fix existing issues before developing new ones??
Send me a PM if you have specific trails that are the problem and ride logs that I can look at. Its most likely the accuracy of the trail in TF, which is usually uploaded someone in the community (track is only as accurate as what they uploaded) or sometimes the trail even changes over time.

What region are you referring to? In the future, it is probably best to email support@trailforks.com this way it comes directly to us.
I just got an email from Trailforks suggesting that I "Add status/condition reports for trails you rode on your Ride Log from Friday January 8, 2021" with a link to this page to post the ride report:
Trying to export a map as a vector, but even though I'm selecting "planned trails" in the "Trails to include in map export", the planned trail is not showing up in the exported PDF.
The trail is marked as "planned" (checked in Misc). It's also "Hidden: hide gps/location info". Is that why it doesn't show?
Trying to create a ride plan using the "Draw Route" method today and the map never loads, just an endless spinning wheel. Have tried multiple browsers, same issue in all. Have used this method of route planning many times, seems to be a new issue. Screenshot attached.
The indigenous territory feature using native-land.ca is cool, however for some reason the Karuk ancestral territory is very notably absent from the implementation on trailforks. It would be great to see this fixed.
When I use the bulk move trails feature, after doing so there are often some random trails on the riding area page that are from some other part of the world. Any idea why?
For example this area - https://www.trailforks.com/region/george-christie-nature-trails-44464/
This page references trail reports for these two trails. Both of which are on a different continent. https://www.trailforks.com/trails/heart-attack-65455/ https://www.trailforks.com/trails/wern-s-tight-chute-65454/
It also links photos from those trails to this riding area.
Anyone else having trouble with click on trails, on the map?
This is with Chrome and Edge.
When I'm browsing the map and click a trail, the trail popup window doesn't appear.
This actually appears to be only the case, if I'm trying to click a trail that isn't multi-use or has the primary activity that my view is currently set to.
