What lube/grease to use for new bottom bracket?

I'm going g to replace my bottom bracket and want to make sure I will use right type of grease for it.
Also soon I will restore my whole bike which is wfo9 by niner 2013 model.
I ride hard in different conditions and my bike gets lots of dirt on it.
Should I use anti-seize for bottom bracket? What about freewheel ? And what type of alcohol do you guys use to clean parts from grease?

I would suggest loctite blue for rotor bolts, shock bolts and frame pivot bolts.

For stuff like a bottom bracket, pretty much any grease should do the trick. Phil Wood water proof grease has been used for decades on bikes, you cannot do wrong with it.

There is only one type of grease. Its name is Phil Wood. But in reality I'm sure everything else is fine too. Best degreaser I've found is run of the mill white gas. Works wonders when it's time to do a drivetrain cleaning. Just, you know, don't huff it. Or light up a smoke.
