Hi everyone.
Getting a new controls set up.
I'm wondering what is the most comfortable, and controllable set up for jumping my Santa Cruz bullit, a little older but decent spring. I'm 6'4" 190 lbs. large frame bike.
Was thinking of getting the race face atlas stem, 60mm and the race face atlas bars with the 1.25" rise or .5 " rise.
Can't decide. Any guidance on the new hot set up would be appreciated. Thanks Smile

Yeah. 6'1" here, and I only run 3"s (and even spacered up, if it's a long frame).

O+

I'm 6'3 and personally I prefer lower rise bars on my Kona Entourage, I find I have a little more control keeping the front end a little lower. On a jump/slope bike I'd probably opt for a 1 1/4" but at the end of the day it comes down to personal preference.

Great.
Thanks for the guidance guys.
3" sounds like a lot.
I'm thinking more of the 1.25" with the 60mm stem on a large frame Santa Cruz bullit.
Sounds like that should work.
Appreciate the advice.
Happy riding!

Why exactly would you want to keep the front end lower on a DJ bike? Which is what the OP is asking about.. a jumper

Went with the truvativ husslefelt 40mm stem atlas 1.25" riser bar, bout a 1" spacer. Love the set up.
I ordered the 60mm stem to.
It's only $25. Best bargain if u ask me
