26" Jekyll with 27.5 fork and wheel, -2 degrees headset, Luft Fusion linear air springs for fork and Dyad, lots of other custom machined parts everywhere: brake levers, stem, eccentric bottom bracket, derailleur, chainring...

thats pretty cool, how does the Luft upgrade change the ride characteristic? I wish I could show a HA ajuster in mine but running a 1.5" straight steer set of 180mm totems (with an offset bush in the rear to help bring the bb back down).

more details about the dyad upgrade and a force chart here: https://www.pinkbike.com/buysell/2819342/ The angle headset can also be made for 1.5" steerers. Wait, I have a pic:
Overhauled the Jekyll with some new component candy recently. Very impressed with the oval chainring so far. Hard to believe this bike is about to be a decade old.
Picked this up a few years ago, in a woeful state. Have been slowly upgrading and restoring it, with just a few small jobs left before it can be used in anger
New Scalpel HT Carbon 2 2022 in candy red! Set it up tubeless, replaced the stem with a 60mm and switched sides for brakes (I prefer front on the right).
Only thing left is install the RideWrap and time to get some kms on the clock!

Despite the fun quirks of Cannondale bikes... They always do looks so damn amazing in red! Of course they look even better with a Lefty and in red!
