Thank you for the comment! I really am in need of a dropper. But just asking, what is better than the XX1 carbon cranks? the RF next cranks?

My bad, I couldn't tell they were the xx1 carbon cranks, the rubbing made it look like metal was showing so I assumed they were aluminum. XX1 carbon cranks are plenty fine! For sure focus on the dropper next! Biggest upgrade you can give a bike.

Specialized command post is solid and decent priced. Or you could check the buysell on here. Lots of one's up for cheap.

.. in winter time.. No Stop!

Here is my Cannondale Scalpel, just finished a complete tear down and rebuild over the winter, replacing every bearing, pivot bushing, seal, cranks, pedals, derailleurs, cassette, chain, shifters, rotors, and I just ordered some Stan's ZTR Crests for it. Frame was acid dipped, media blasted, and then powdered anodized blue over super chrome. To say I am pleased with how it turned out is an understatement.

I tried many different times to embed the photos from my photobucket but no luck Madder

Dang the frame looks bad ass, with such an overhaul I might have picked some different components, but nonetheless that's awesome!

This is a bike you shouldn't ever sell

Thanks Iffy and Sopro13, I appreciate the feedback (and technical support to get the pictures to show up)!

And on the component side I wanted to spend more but had a finite budget and figured a lighter wheels set is where most of my budget would go!

Heres my Jekyll, since this picture was taken I have gone to a 50mm stem that I scored off ebay for a killer deal and some Deity Blackkat pedals and Maxxis Highroller tires. Currently trying to decide if I am gonna sell this at the end of the season and go to something newer with bigger wheels or just stick with this.
Edit: Newer picture
