I've been in this sport for two years now, and I want to upgrade. I have a budget of $3000 max including 12% taxes, border fees, etc. I'm 6'2", 210 lbs and prefers a bike with 5.5", 6" or 6.3" of travel, capable of the lower half of WMBP, and decent components. Any and all suggestions are appreciated. Thanks. BTW, must have 650b wheels!! I'm currently looking at the new Commencal Meta AM V4 Origin 1,999 euros, Norco Range 7.2 $2830, Diamondback Mission 1.0 27.5 $2499.

Thank you sir, for your recommendation. I will take it into consideration.

Anyone else?

These might be a little over budget (not sure of the cost in Canada) but the Canyon Strive, Kona process 153, and enduro 650b are all killer bikes that are close to that price range.Another option is to keep an eye on the classified section here on pinkbike. You may be able to score a one year old Bronson for that price.

I would 100% get something used. No tax plus a bike thats 6000 will be closer to your budget

2015 giant reigns are killer! I have had a reign advanced 1 for a month now and can't speak highly enough of it!

The Santa Cruz heckler is around that pricepoint. Also the lower build Trek Remedy is one to consider. They both ride sick, but you will get better parts on the santa cruz
