Whistler or Interior BC trip?

ok, what would you do... A third trip to Whistler, Squamish areas(because its just so good)... ooooor a Sampler Road trip to explore new trails that you never ridden in the Kootenay Range(spending a day or two) in Rossland, Nelson, Fernie, Kananaskis, Banff, Golden, Revelstoke I enjoy xc,am,and dh trails...I will be bringing a trail and dh bike times are tough
