The RockShox Monarch RT3 inline shock is available in 7.75x1.9" to fit your bike (this fitment is identical to the current Camber 29 shocks as well). The part number is 00.4118.070.005 and msrp is $390. This would be a pretty huge upgrade over the stock Fox. Let me know if you have any questions.

Do you know if that would fit my 2011 FSR Elite?

Evening,

On the subject of rear shocks on specialized bikes (or any I suppose) the spec for my stumpy comp evo says the rear shock dimensions are 195x51. I want to upgrade the standard fox ctd shock as I don't think its too special, but there doesn't seem to be a huge amount that I can find with those dimensions. I'm a bit of a noob to full sus bikes and I hope this is the right thread, so does anyone know which shocks I can get in that size? Or indeed if I could fit one that's 195x50 without screwing up the geometry? 1mm doesn't seem like a lot to me..

Thanks in advance for any assistance.

Sp: The Stumpy Evo 26" and 27.5" use a 51x195 mm (2.0x7.675 inch) shock.
The RockShox Monarch Plus RC3 is available in both AutoSag and DebonAir variants in that size. The part number for the AutoSag version is 00.4118.038.007 (msrp $536) and for the DebonAir 00.4118.071.005 (msrp $499).
This is my favorite shock for mid-travel applications and would be considerably nicer than the stock Fox inline.
Let me know if you have any questions.

Thoughts on running the Monarch Debonair 29 meant for the EVO on a non-EVO SJ 29 Elite? Same size shock dimensions, but different geo bikes
Alos, Its an elite, so i'd be replacing the brain.
Thanks

Autosag or DebonAir... In general, I'm not a big autosag fan. Any other reasons to go with one variant over the other? Looking to upgrade the stock Fox inline on my 2014 carbon Stumpy EVO.

Thanks

Does anyone know if it is possible to purchase an evo link to covert my 2011 Stumpy FSR S-works? Also any recommended shock? I have heard good results from Debonair...Also interested in the CC DB inline?

Thanks,
Steve

What do you mean how does it work? Its an aftermarket yoke . Click the link above, take a look and read. Site seems pretty informative.
