Update... issue is solved with change in the tools tab on my browser by disabling compatibility view.

Certain websites like pinkbike we telling me I was using an outdated browser when I knew I wasn't.
Google helped me solve it. No more warning from this website and also solved the missing trail lines

yah I have tested with IE11 and works fine. I wonder how you had comparability mode enabled for Trailforks/Pinkbike. It should be off unless you add a site to its list. Trailforks is definitely broke with it on.
