kona Honzo downtube bolts

there are 4 topside bolts on my honzos downtube
the two lower most 2 are clearly for a bottle cage, but I can't work out what the middle and top are, the top is rotated around to the left slightly

any ideas?

Possibly for mounting cable guides (ie for a dropper post)?

that would make a lot of sense - I didn't even know you could get mounts like that, always just had multiple zip ties on my dropper lines.

Hey guys, sorry to dig up and old thread, but do you have a link to where I can buy those guides, or know who makes them? I'd like to get rid of the zip ties on my Honzo...
