The bottom bracket is a BB30 design, which you can stick with or get a converter to run a standard threaded bottom bracket if you so choose. As far as cranks go, match the maker of the bottom bracket, i.e. SRAM with SRAM/FSA/Truvativ, Shimano with Shimano, etc.
