My manitou rexov is coming to the end of it's serviceable life.. I'd like to replace it with something a bit more modern ( still a coil spring shock though )

Anybody have any recommendations of what works well with this frame ?

I have a RockShox vivid R2C that feels great. I you have the money you could indeed go for a cane creek double barrel.
