One week to MTB in North West USA / Canada Late September - Recommendations

So got a free week in late September to do some mountain biking; predominantly trail with maybe a bit of DH. Driving from Calgary. So looking for recommendations on where to go.

Sun Valley?

Are you only going to be in Idaho? What about Oregon? Hood River has some great riding areas with a comfortable mix of trail and ridable DH that coul also be shuttled. I'll be happy to share more details if interested. A couple other areas around Portland too.
