2013 Boxxer Rc making a clicking noise.

Just got a '13 Glory and on my first day riding it there was a pretty loud clicking noise coming from the fork which is a '13 boxxer rc. The dude I bought it from said the lowers were just rebuilt. The noise happens whenever I hit anything really but mostly when riding through rock gardens. Anybody have an idea as to what this could be?
