Just ordered a slate blue sbg alloy scout...
Will be putting a lyrik on the front, 150 or 160mm?
Live and ride in Nelson nz, trails are generally steep and rough.

Also, who has put a coil on the back? Progressive enough?

I just got back from Sedona. 150 was enough up front. I put a MegNeg on mine to try out (coil like feel) and I switched back to the stock air can.

Chur, yeah I'm a big unit (300lb) and a majority of the extra negative volume shit just doesn't work for me, period. I even had to reduce the negative volume of some 34's on my xc bike so they wouldn't sit at 45% sag at max pressure.

For service interval purposes, a coil might not be a bad idea.

Anyone messed around with offset bushes on the 2015/2016 scout? Mate had some lying around and I'm bored of Corona already!

Now your talking! Not on my scout, on an older canyon. It made a difference, they're so easy to fit and remove I'd have a go just as a test.

I assume you'd be going for a slacker head tube? Not sure I'd be keen on dropping the bb too much more, but it's a pretty small change to make.

I think I've still got mine somewhere, hmmmm...........
